- Improving indoor air quality
Jeff Talmadge, production manager John Anderson, and project manager John Egbert hold Green Building Professional Certifications obtained through a series of classes sponsored by NARI.
Talmadge Construction's offices are powered by photovoltaic panels that were installed in 2004, resulting in a savings of about $2,000 per year in electricity costs.
Remodeling provides an opportunity to explore the use of green building practices. While it's not always feasible to use every suggestion, even a few changes can make a difference.
