Dave Stein
Project Manager
Construction and remodeling were an early interest for Dave who grew up in historic Fredricksburg, VA. He worked summers restoring historical buildings, some dating back to the Revolutionary War. In 1995, Dave moved to San Francisco and worked as a pre-school and elementary teacher for a time before re-entering the construction trade.
He worked on several projects, both new construction and remodeling, in the Bay Area before moving his family to Santa Cruz in 2004. Dave has been making a positive contribution to Talmadge Construction since joining us in early 2005.
"I have always hoped to find a company to work for that had the right combination of quality, craftsmanship, innovation, organization and good ethics. I have found that with Talmadge Construction, and am proud to be a part of this team.

Jeffrey A. Lindahl
Project Manager
A lifelong Santa Cruzan, Jeff graduated in 1993 from Soquel High. His experience in retail sales honed his customer service talents and a supervisory position taught him leadership skills. Later, the high tech world of software systems sales felt confining to Jeff and he was looking for a profession where he could see some tangible results from his work. Since being in the construction industry the past 4 years, Jeff says his work allows him to see day by day progress and the satisfaction of knowing that a goal has been met at projects end. Since coming on board as a project manager, Jeff has proven to be a consistent team player and a valued member of our organization.
I was fortunate enough to join the Talmadge team in 2005, and I have felt like part of their family ever since. Its great to have lots of support from my dedicated co-workers and an organized environment to grow and learn in.
