Triplex Remodel

The owners of this Santa Cruz tri-plex wanted a vacation "compound" for three generations of family to enjoy. The idea was to keep the family close, but to provide privacy and space for everyone. The three separate apartments remain, however the interiors are thoroughly transformed. Each unit is different, yet a unifying theme runs throughout.
